Payments are processed through PayPal, your credit card information is safe and protected by PayPal. You can check out using any major credit card or PayPal funds. PayPal account is NOT required to complete the purchase.
All orders are shipped USPS Priority with tracking, including international orders unless Priority service is not available in the destination country. For international orders please include the phone number – it will be printed on the shipping label.
1. The window must be returned in 100% perfect condition that it was sent out in with everything it included (installation kit, instructions, etc) or the refund will be rejected. This means no scratches, no markings and no damage to the window. There should be no marks, no bends and no dimples in the plastic surface from applying pressure during any attempts of installation. Make sure to wrap the window in the same protective paper as you roll it up.
We open all returns on video, as in the past not all returns qualified for a refund.
2. You will be notified to confirm the item was accepted. Refunds are issued within 24 -48 hours of us receiving and inspecting the window.
3. There is a standard 10% restocking fee. No refunds of shipping costs.
